Juanita S. Boyette, 93, of Palatka, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center following an extended illness. Born in Crescent City, Juanita returned to Putnam County in 1974 coming from Jacksonville. Juanita worked 22 years as supervisor in the child support division of the Duval County Courthouse and then for 11 years at the Putnam County Courthouse. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter #28 in Jacksonville and the Daughters of the Nile.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Paul Boyette.
Juanita is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Ricky Bybee officiating. Interment will be Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd, in Jacksonville. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services.
