Alyssa Paige Harville, 33, of Gainesville and formerly of Palatka, passed from this life on Sunday, September 3, 2023. She was born in St. Augustine and had been a resident of Gainesville since 2014. Alyssa spent most of her life in Palatka where she attended Palatka High School and enjoyed playing softball and soccer. Alyssa had worked as a receptionist at Hart Point Septic and had also worked at Ralph’s House of Flowers and Corky Bell’s. She was an avid Gator fan, loved trips to the beach and spending time outdoors. Alyssa especially loved being a mom and spending time with family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene and Carolyn Harville and great-grandmother, Sue Hancock.
She is survived by her son, Jayce Ryan Horne, mother, Laynett Bowman (Chris), father, Joseph Harville, stepfather, Tommy Morgan, siblings, Michael Harville, Kymberlyn Wilson, Caitlynd McCowan, Lane Morgan, Leyton Morgan and Kyle Jo Wilkinson, grandparents, Glenn and Mary Ann Luke, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members.
A celebration of Alyssa’s life will be announced at a later date.
