Annette Fowler Keene, 75, of Palatka, passed from this life on Friday, June 12, 2020 at Putnam Community Medical Center following an extended illness. A native and lifelong resident of Palatka, Annette was a homemaker. Growing up, she attended Peniel Baptist Church. She was a member of the Women’s Chapter #1915 of Palatka Moose Lodge #184 and a member of the Putnam County Shrine Club. Annette was an avid BINGO player as well as Candy Crunch.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, J.C. Fowler, Jr., Lorene McGuirk, Rita Stewart and George Fowler, 3 brothers-in-law, Jason, Jerry and Joe Keene and a sister-in-law, Julie Fussell.
Annette is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jim Keene of Palatka, a sister, Linda Boles (Charles) of Rayville, LA, a brother-in-law, Jeff Keene (Lynn) and Sister-in-law, Linda Thompson.
A memorial celebration will be held at 3:00 P.M, Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the Palatka Moose Lodge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home, 307 S. Palm Ave., Palatka, FL 32177 to assist the family with expenses.

Jimmy we are so sorry for your loss. We still cant believe she is gone. She is now resting peacefully and in no more pain. no more shortness of breathe. I bet my mom and annette are in line to play bingo together up there. Jimmy if there is any thing we can do please dont hesitate to call . Love you and your in our prayers, Isaac and Carrie Eddy
