Annie Sue Middaugh, 79, of Palatka, passed from this life on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at her home following an extended illness. She was born in Atlanta, GA to Clement and Edna Hunt. Annie was a 1959 graduate of Palatka High School and had lived in Alaska, Texas, New Zealand, and Delray Beach before settling in Palatka. She had worked as a bookkeeper for several companies including Scruggs Motor Company, Flying J Travel Center, Glenn Stephens, CPA and Waitomo Transport in Te Kuiti, New Zealand.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Leroy Middaugh, daughter, Amanda Bridges, parents, Clement and Edna Hunt, brothers, Clement Hunt, Jr., John D. Hunt and Willie B. Hunt, and sister, Flora Roberts.
She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Middaugh and Cindy Brevard both of New Zealand, 9 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, as well as special friends and caregivers, Jerry and Debbie Blackwelder.
Burial will take place on Friday, May 22, 2020 at Bethel Cemetery in Reform, AL.
No visitation is scheduled.
