Barbara Ruth Koser, 80, of Interlachen, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023 at her home following an extended illness. She was a native of Franklin, PA and had been a resident of Interlachen for many years. Barbara had worked as a cashier.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Koser, parents, Milard and Della Shaffer and brothers, William Shaffer and Byrl Shaffer.
She is survived by her children, Daniel Koser, Robert Koser (Jackie), Dale Koser, Frank Koser and Della Koser all of Interlachen, grandchildren, Amber Koser, Della A. Koser, Curtis Koser, Crystal Koser, Jason Koser, Lisa Fraser, and Ken Fraser, great-grandchildren, Aahren Fraser George, Persephone Fraser George, Zayne Robert Fraser George, Kaley Hughes and Christopher Hughes.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Pastor Allen Baggett officiating. No public visitation is scheduled.
