Obituary for Bonnie Kathleen Villeneuve
Bonnie Kathleen (Kathie) Villeneuve born in Jacksonville, Florida on June 28, 1940, passed from this life, surrounded by her family, on March 14, 2022. Kathie is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, John W. (Skip) Villeneuve III and Survived by her children; Evelyn Lee (Mike) of Champaign, Ill, Connie Eliason (Curt)of Howard, SD and John Villeneuve IV of Middleburg, FL, Grandchildren; Justin, Daniel (Deanna), Travis (Lydia), Cooper (Sierra), Cayden, Cali and Casi, Great grandchildren; Carter, Hudson, Boston, Holden, Walter, and Eloise.
Kathie was an excellent wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She devoted her life to her husband and children, always supporting them however needed. Except for the last 15 years, Kathie and Skip were never apart in work and play, family, and faith side by side. Her brutal honesty, sarcasm and tenacity was unmatched. Not one for games or tricks, she kept us on our toes in all things until the end. Her daily comments, positive outlook, and strong spirit will be missed.
Services will be held on Monday March 21, 2022, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel in Middleburg, Florida. Visitation/viewing will be from 10-11am with service to follow 11-12. Please join our family in celebrating our mom. Burial will take place at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD at a later date.
