Bryan Keith Hill, 66, of Palatka, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center following a long illness. Born in Detroit, Michigan, he resided in Palatka since 1982 coming from New Baltimore, Michigan. Bryan served honorably in the U.S. Army from 1975-1977. He graduated Cum Laude in 1980 from Macomb College in Clinton Township, Michigan with a degree in business management. In 1982, he opened and operated Gator Clean Janitorial business until 2004. He also owned PC Hill, a computer repair business. He later worked at St. Johns Golf Club in Elkton. Bryan was active in Republican Politics in Putnam County. He was also a member of Warren Missionary Church in Warren, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Raymond Hill and Shirley Bennett Hill, his step-mother, Marilyn Hill, a brother, Brent Hill, a sister, Karen Hill Hart, a half-brother, Wayne McCreary.
Bryan is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sharon Hill of Palatka, a son, Bryan K. Hill, Jr. (Billie) of Palatka, 5 half-sisters, April Hill Spratt, Kimberly Hill Hankerd and Melody Hill Williams, all of Michigan, Laurie Bennett Anthony of Wann, OK. and Lynne McCreary Heide of Indianapolis, IN. 4 grandchildren, Brandi Hill, Jonathan Hill, Blakely Breedlove Hill and Seirra Breedlove as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services celebrating Bryan’s life will be at 6:00 P.M. Friday, December 9, 2022 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Pastor Pete Wilkinson officiating. The U.S. Army will also conduct military honors.
