Claude D. Lasley, Jr., 77, of Palatka, passed from this life on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Plaza Health and Rehab Center in Gainesville following a brief illness. He was a native of McAllen, Texas and had resided in Palatka since 2006 coming from Austin, Texas. Claude had worked as an industrial electrician. In his leisure, Claude enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by 2 sons, Claude Lasley (Kelly) and George Lasley (Kayla), 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, his brother David and a sister, Carol and his best friend Mike McNabb (Laura).
A service celebrating Claude’s life will be at 5:00 P.M. Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Ricky Bybee officiating.
