Cynthia R. Fleming, 69, of Palatka, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022, at Putnam Community Medical Center following an extended illness. She was a native of Huntington, IN and had lived in Palatka for the past 5 years. Cynthia was a homemaker and was happiest when spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jayson Fleming, Sr. and son, Chad Fleming.
She is survived by her children, Joshua Fleming, Lonnie Fleming (Cassie), J.D. Fleming, and Rebecca Melvin (Duane), daughter-in-law, Heidi as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
