Diana Dee Lewis, 61, of Palatka, passed from this life on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at her home following an extended illness. She was raised in Green Cove Springs and had been a resident of Putnam County for the past 39 years. Diana had worked as a heart monitor technician at Putnam Community Medical Center for 15 years. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed writing.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Billie Deel and Geneva Collins Prater as well as a brother, Roger Deel.
She is survived by her children, Anthony S. Lewis, Jr. (Rachel) of Jacksonville, Elizabeth Lewis and Derek Lewis both of Palatka, siblings, Barbara Albright, Janet Greico (Frank), Steven Fowler and Hassell Deel (Judy), Debbie Deel Householder, grandchildren, Madison Branham, Mason Branham, Kacey Lewis, Austin Lewis and Conner Lewis as well as other extended family members.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
