Edward P. “Ed” Krawiec, Jr.
Edward P. Krawiec, Jr., 87, of Crescent City, passed away October 11, 2022, of natural causes. Ed was a proud veteran, who served for 24 years in the Marine Corp, and was a retired Captain. He then became the Security Chief/Safety Officer for Jacksonville’s dog tracks for several years before retiring to Crescent Lake.
Ed was preceded in death by his son, Edward, and his wife, Barbara.
Ed was involved with several groups, including the Masons, Shriners, Knights of Templar, American Legion, MOAA, Moose, Sojourners, and the Italian American Club. Ed enjoyed traveling, and he loved a good card game.
Ed will be laid to rest with his Brothers in Arms, at Arlington National Cemetery, in Arlington, VA on January 9th, 2023 at 2pm.
