Elise Nicole Jones, 8 weeks old daughter of Katelyn Brooke Chandler and Allen M. Jones, Jr. passed from this life unexpectedly on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka. Elise was born in Jacksonville and lived her brief life in Bostwick.
In addition to her parents, Elise is survived by her grandparents, Jim and Stacie Ross of Bostwick, Roger and Pam Chandler of Oxford, AL and Allen M. Jones (Beverly) of Anderson, SC, great-grandparents, Greg and Sandra Cooper of Jacksonville, Jim Ross, Sr. and Cindy of St. Augustine, and J.D. and Debbie Hess of Anniston, AL, Uncles, Kyle Daugherty (Kim) of Oxford, AL and Cameron Queisser (Shay) of Jacksonville, aunts, Paige Sandefer (Joseph) of San Diego, CA, Vanessa Ross (Jonathan) of Jacksonville, great-uncles, Ott Chandler (Christi) of Anniston, AL, Greg Cooper, Jr. (Alison) of St. Augustine and Walter Clayton Jones of Bremen, GA, great-aunts, Jessica Cobb (Derek) of Anniston, AL, Donna Smith (David) of Alexandria, AL and Donna Kraus (Robert) of Reidsville, GA, 3 sisters, Sidney Nicole Gossett, Siera Nicole Jones and Brittany Felicia Jones, all of Ozark, AR and numerous cousins and other extended family.
Services celebrating Elise’s life will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 7, 2022 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Pastor Howard McMinn officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at 11:00 A.M.
