Obituary for Elizabeth Ann Licari

Elizabeth Ann Licari, 78, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Putnam Community Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was a native of Williston and lived in Palatka for the last 52 years. She retired from Moseley Elementary after 15 years in food service. Elizabeth enjoyed baking and gardening. Family meant everything to her. She especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Burke and Hattie Lorene Brooks, brothers, Leitch, Carlton, Mont, Ronald and Phillip Brooks, sisters, Mary Belle Stewart, Ruth Wickliff, Jewell Sechrest and Etter Macri.
She is survived by her loving husband, Anthony J. Licari, Jr., her children, Janet Beville, Sandy Hurst (Randy), Jerry Coffey, step-daughter, LeaAnn Hicks, sister, Nettie Kirkland, brother-in-law, Al Macri, grandchildren, Mary Kiekover (Brian), Matthew Hurst (Maggie), Hayley Coffey, Kallie Coffey, McKenzie Coffey and Morgan Coffey, great-grandchildren, Paisley, Daxtyn, Brayden, Kennedy, Presley, Saylor and Mila and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Scott Coulliette officiating. Burial will follow at Palatka Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 am until time of services.
