In addition to her husband, Joan was preceded in death by a daughter, Jocelyn Brown and a step-son, Michael Roberts.
She is survived by her children, Maurice Fletcher, Aletha Gates (Jim), Marilyn Gaedele, Yvonne Bramble, Richard Roberts and James Roberts, her step-children, Charles, Jr., Elizabeth, Brenda and Michelle, 5 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Melody, Roxanne, Insley and Charles, 10 great-grandchildren, Cora, Carolyn, Jocelyn, Kaya, Damien, Aiden, Bailee, Cade, Iris and Kyler and many, many step grand and great-grandchildren.
