Obituary for Juanita Ann Brisbin

Juanita Hebert Brisbin, age 87, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 26th at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fl.
She was born August 14, 1932 in Palatka, FL and had been a resident of Palatka most of her life.
She worked as a registered nurse for over 40 years in various locations. While living in Trenton, FL she became the charge nurse in the emergency room at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Fl and remained there many years. After retiring, she and her husband moved back to Palatka, Fl in the late 1990's.
Juanita was preceded in death by her parents, Lenis Sr. and Lonie Hebert of Palatka, Fl; son, Michael Brisbin of Trenton, Fl; sister and brother-in-law, Loretta and John Anders of Glendora, California.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gerald 'Jerry' Brisbin of Palatka, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Christie Brisbin Lane and Ronnie Lane of Palatka, Fl; daughter, Brenda Brisbin Butler of Williston, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Lenis Jr and Alice Hebert of Palatka, FL; Grandchildren, Marie Lane of Orange Park, Susan Lane (Frank Smith) of Jacksonville, Fl, Michel Ramiya of Williston, Fl, Sarah Ramiya (Zay Young) of Williston, Fl.; three great-grandchildren Noah Weaver of Orange Park, Gianna and Skylar Young of Williston, Fl and many loved nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020 at St Mark's Episcopal Church with Father Robert Marsh officiating. Burial will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Meadows Cemetery (Central) in Gainesville. No public visitation is scheduled.
