Kathleen Jane “Kathy” Pytko, 77, of Palatka, passed from this life on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Putnam Community Medical Center following a brief illness. Born in Findlay, Ohio, she resided in Palatka since 1991 coming from Scarboro, West Virginia. Kathy enjoyed helping others and had been a caretaker for folks in their home. She was a member of the Pentecostal Revival Center. Kathy also enjoyed reading, collecting cookbooks and going to church to be with her spiritual brothers and sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Edward Pytko and her parents, Ray Stanfield and Anna Jane Hochstetller Stanfield.
Kathy is survived by 2 sons, Joseph Franklin Pytko and Daniel Joel Morris, 3 daughters, Nadine Barnes, Mary Jane Pytko and Anna Marie Pytko, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 6, 2020 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Marvin Garner officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill West Cemetery in Palatka.
