Linda Glisson, 86, of Bostwick, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at her residence following a brief illness. Linda was born in Cortland, OH, grew up in Farmington, OH and moved to Bostwick in 1955.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Charles and Donna Belden, brothers, Russell and Gary Belden, and sisters, Audrey Fox and Marilyn Williams.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, George Glisson, daughters, Treva Baggs (Ben), Teresa Mathia (Gerald), and Tracy Peeples (Clarence), sisters, Debbie Hall and Jackie Thomas, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were raised by George and Linda, Christopher Lewis, Ryan Lewis (Mariah) and Jason Kemp, as well as 5 additional grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren and very special friend, Joyce Bell.
Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at St. Johns Baptist Church in Bostwick with Pastor Timothy Plymel officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday beginning at 10:30 am until time of services.
