Obituary for Marjorie Moore Anderson
MARJORIE ANDERSON, 84, died Sunday morning, October 4, 2020 at Lakewood Nursing Center in Crescent City, Florida after a long illness.
She was born in Bridgeport, West Virginia and she came to live in the Lake Como-Pomona Park area in 1980 coming from Princeton, West Virginia. She was a member of Lake Como Community Church. Her primary pleasure in life was caring for others and keeping in touch with family and friends. She never missed an occasion to send a card. She also never missed an opportunity to take a picture to capture a moment in time.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 62 years, Thomas Anderson; son and daughter in law, Richard and Juliana Anderson of Brazil; her daughter and son in law Dorothea and Noel Wall of Welaka; sister, Carolyn Thorne of Jefferson, Georgia and her sister and brother in law, Rebecca and John Britton of Charleston, West Virginia; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ruby Harbert; a brother, Keith Harbert; mother in law, Ruby Anderson and brother in law, Bob Thorne.
A small, private memorial service will be held at a later date.
