Pauline E. Futch, 81, of East Palatka, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center. She was a native of Sykesville, PA and had lived in Putnam County since 1955. Pauline was a 1958 graduate of Palatka High School and had retired after serving more than 20 years as a teacher’s aide with Browning-Pearce School. She was a member of Francis Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and getting together with friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Virginia Morgan, brother, Larry Morgan and sister, Pattie Nearing.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years Clifford W. Futch, sons, Clifford W. Futch, Jr. and Greg Futch (Kristy), sister, Jackie Futch, grandchildren, Hunter Futch (Ashley), Forrest Futch and Joel Futch as well as great-grandchildren, Laurel and Bo Futch.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Bro. Buddy Lynch officiating. Burial will follow in Palatka Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday beginning at 1:00 pm until time of services.
