Robert Todd Gillman, 57, of Hollister, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Vitas Hospice in Gainesville following an extended illness. Born in Gainesville, Todd was a 1980 graduate of Palatka High School and a lifelong resident of Putnam County. He worked for 15 years as a supervisor with Mastec Corporation, laying underground utilities for AT&T. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Interlachen. Todd’s hobbies included riding dirt bikes, golfing, fishing, shopping, and collecting knives.
He is preceded in death by his father, Bob Gillman.
Todd is survived by his wife of 25 years, Donna Gillman of Hollister, his mother, Dell Quinn of Hollister, 5 daughters, Tiffany Gillman (Jason) of Hollister, Krista Paul (Josh) of Palatka, Bobbi Gillman of Ocala, and Kaedi and Vanessa Gillman, both of Hollister, a sister, Terri Smith (Lonnie) of Hollister, 2 grandchildren, Ruby McCall and Micah Paul, several aunts and uncles as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the First Baptist Church in Interlachen with Pastor Chris White officiating.
Following the services at the church, the family will host a celebration of Todd’s life with a reception at their home in Hollister.
