Ronnie Jackson Myers, 68, of Satsuma, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at his home from natural causes. Born in Lake Worth, Florida, he resided in Crescent City and moved to Palatka in the late 1960’s. He was a 1973 graduate of Palatka Central High School. Ronnie was a long-time employee of Winn Dixie, starting out as a bag boy and eventually working his way to store manager. Ronnie managed stores in Palatka and Crescent City and Anastasia Park and the Northwoods stores in St. Johns County. In his leisure time, Ronnie enjoyed gardening and the outdoors, working on computers and time with his 2 canine companions, Blue and Gunner.
He was preceded in death by his father, C.J. Myers and a son, Jeffery Myers.
Ronnie is survived by his mother, Betty Myers of Palatka and numerous cousins including Martha Alford (Timmy) and Tammy Daniel, all of Keystone Heights.
In keeping with Ronnie’s wishes, no services are scheduled.
