Obituary of Susan Elise Walwik
Writing an obituary is one of the most honorable tasks to be given. In a few short words ones life is to be represented and wrapped up in a line of sentences sharing a story of life. No amount of words or punctuation marks can narrate or exclaim the miracle born on May 14, 1970, named Susan Elise Walwik.
Beginning that day a plan was put in place for a human to touch the lives of thousands of individuals by her sweet smile cherished by all. Every moment counted as Susan volunteered 30 years of service at Putnam County Medical Center, participated in Girl Scouts of America, graduated in the Class of 1989 from Palatka High School, continuing her education at St. Johns River College in Medical Transcriptions. Words mattered to Susan and flowed freely from her heart as she encouraged and spoke to everyone she met. It was a part of her nature whether she was sitting at home doing millions of crossword puzzles, to loving up on her cat Princess, to sharing with the Ladies Guild at St. Monica Catholic Church; Susan scripted a message on everyone’s heart. Her legacy will continue in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Her parents are Bill and Nancy Walwik; brother Greg Walwik, his wife Page and her two nephews Andrew and Ryan Walwik. She leaves behind an Aunt Barbara Walwik in Pennsylvania, Uncle Mike Tressel in New Jersey and many cousins.
